What will you be doing?

13 Senior Digital Change Manager
Dorking or Basingstoke
Hybrid – minimum of 2-3 days a week in office

As a Senior Digital Change Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing technology-driven process improvements. With a proven track record in Agile project management and experience delivering impactful digital solutions, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to align with our strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence the digital and technology roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

In this role, you will proactively assess and identify opportunities to improve technology processes, driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences. You will lead mid to large-scale projects, utilising data-driven analysis to achieve meaningful outcomes. Your expertise will provide direct input into the technology and digital strategy, ensuring solutions align with company goals. You will manage, track, and deliver program updates tailored to stakeholders at various levels, including executives. 

You should have proven ability to deliver data-driven and digital-based solutions with a focus on improving customer experience and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have the leadership skills to manage cross-functional, business-facing initiatives with a strategic approach, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining highly collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity.
