Job Description

Building tomorrow's digital planet.

We are a team of digital building specialists who connect technology, engineering, and data to create smarter, more efficient, and resilient environments for our clients globally.

Our core purpose is to elevate the performance of the built environment. We see buildings as dynamic systems that should learn, adapt, and perform — not just operate. We recognize the growing need for secure, sustainable, and integrated digital infrastructure that enhances user experience, deepens operational insight, and optimizes energy performance.

What We Deliver:

We deliver expert consultancy, design, and systems integration that enable intelligent building outcomes — from strategy to implementation and managing the complete life cycle. We combine technical excellence with clear, pragmatic advice to help clients realize value from digital building technology and data-driven performance.

The Senior Digital Buildings Consultant drives digital transformation across building portfolios, blending deep systems engineering expertise with consultative leadership.

This role translates client challenges into measurable performance outcomes — improving energy, reliability, cybersecurity, and user experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

As part of the FPC Technology Advisory team, the role focuses on the successful delivery of projects and services for real estate clients across global markets — ensuring excellence, innovation, and alignment with client business objectives.

This position acts as both technical lead and project manager, guiding multidisciplinary teams to fulfil the agreed Scope of Work and deliver measurable outcomes in performance, efficiency, and integration. The role represents FPC with professionalism and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of technical and ethical conduct in all client and partner engagements.

Beyond project delivery, the Senior Digital Buildings Consultant contributes to the continued growth and development of FPC’s Digital Building Services capability — shaping best practices, mentoring team members, and advancing our global leadership in intelligent and sustainable building systems.
