In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of deploying, managing, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our innovative software solutions.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases and system updates. Your expertise in cloud computing, automation, and monitoring will drive our projects forward and ensure our software applications are delivering outstanding performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Enhance security protocols and system defense strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and deployment
- Document processes and create training materials for team members
- Support migration strategies and deployment of new services and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines tooling like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
- Solid understanding of network protocols and web services
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers is a plus
- Open to international applicants with a passion for technology.
