Do you have an acute attention to detail, strong investigatory nature towards all processing, reporting duties and are commercial astute?

Sitting as a member of the Development Planning and Forecasting team and reporting to the Head of Development Planning & Forecasting, you’ll have a demonstrable commitment to achieving customer service excellence, together with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

Self-motivating with experience to grasp existing process and recommend improvements you’ll implement process improvements where applicable.  You’ll need strong project management skills, essential to ensure the Contractor review process and other work streams are managed effectively and excellent communication skills as you with work with a wide variety of stakeholders, both financial and non-financial. 

With strong Excel skills specifically on modelling and creating user friendly reports and tools, and with experience in an accounting/finance department or similar environment, you’ll assist in the delivery in a timely manner of the following key work streams; 

  • Manage contractor exposure work stream including main contractor reviews 

  • Production of pipeline graphs

  • Monitoring starts and handovers 

  • Production of the Net Development Spend report

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Camden, London. Candidates will also be expected to travel to our offices in Manchester when required.
