The Team
The Product Technology group within Product Development is responsible for ensuring Accuris products are deployed rapidly, operated seamlessly in the cloud, and supported by the tools and technologies developers need to build high-quality software at scale.
Product Technology brings together several critical functions, including Application Security & Operations, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, and Technical Architecture. Collectively, these teams build and maintain the foundational systems that underpin the SaaS products our customers rely on.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Dev Enablement Engineer to join the Developer Enablement team within the Product Technology group. This role will focus on enabling Product Development teams to deploy, run, and optimize their applications on secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure.
You will work closely with Platform Engineering and Software Engineering teams to design and implement solutions that improve the developer experience, streamline deployment processes, and drive operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in cloud and infrastructure engineering, practical exposure to software development environments, and a passion for improving developer productivity, automation, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with Product Development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, aligned with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define, measure, and improve SLIs/SLOs for applications and services.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized infrastructure and deployment blueprints that support consistency and reuse across teams.
  • Ensure systems align with relevant security, compliance, and operational benchmarks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments to maintain high availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Support application modernization initiatives, including containerization and migration toward cloud-native architectures.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive adoption of best practices in security, observability, cloud infrastructure, and developer enablement.
  • Help teams improve platform usage, delivery speed, operational maturity, and overall engineering effectiveness.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a senior-level engineer who combines strong technical depth with a collaborative mindset and a clear focus on enabling development teams to succeed.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure engineering and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, as well as exposure to VMware environments.
  • Solid understanding of cloud cost modelling and cost optimization principles.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tooling, particularly GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, including tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, and Scalr.
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of software supply chain security, including SAST, SCA, and pipeline controls, with exposure to tools such as Snyk.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tooling, including New Relic and OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience working in close partnership with software development teams, or direct hands-on experience in software engineering environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and improve developer workflows, standards, and platform adoption.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800, CIS, and SOC 2.

Highly Desirable
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Exposure to application modernization and cloud migration programmes.
  • Experience designing platforms and tooling that improve self-service capabilities for development teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement across engineering processes.

Why Join
This role offers the opportunity to shape how development teams build, deploy, and operate software at scale. You will play a key role in strengthening platform capabilities, improving engineering productivity, and helping teams deliver secure and reliable products more efficiently.
