Senior Designer

At Harrods Interior Design, we create luxurious, bespoke spaces that epitomize elegance and refinement. We are looking for a passionate Senior Designer to join our team, lead innovative projects, and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role 

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of luxury interior projects, overseeing their journey from concept to completion. You’ll lead and mentor a talented team, fostering creativity and collaboration while ensuring every project meets our impeccable standards.

Other responsibilities will also include:

  • Mentoring your team and nurturing key relationships across clients and suppliers, while raising the profile of Harrods Interior Design.
  • Delivering excellence by managing projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Showcasing your expertise by using your in-depth knowledge of interior architecture, FF&E products, and technical detailing to create stunning, functional designs.
  • Develop project timelines, oversee budgets, and collaborate with procurement and external teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Present design concepts with confidence, maintain strong client relationships, and provide follow-up support post-installation.

About You 

You will have proven leadership skills in interior design, with 3–5 years of design experience in the UK, delivering high-quality private residential projects for UHNW clients, with a deep understanding of luxury interiors, materials, and finishes.

You’ll also have:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (other 3D software is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
