About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join our London studio—someone with big ideas, bold creativity, and the confidence to push boundaries. You’ll be crafting exceptional brand experiences across multiple platforms, working on iconic global brands and disruptive newcomers alike. From visual identities to packaging, motion to digital, every project is an opportunity to challenge conventions and redefine expectations. With the ever-growing intersection of gaming and brand worlds, an interest in or experience with the gaming industry would be a plus. Whether it’s shaping identities for gaming platforms, bringing esports branding to life, or creating immersive brand worlds, we’d love to hear from someone who understands how to design for this fast-moving space. This is a hands-on, conceptual role where you’ll be a driving force in the studio—collaborating with strategists, writers, and motion designers to create work that doesn’t just look great but resonates.

About you

You’re a designer who sees the bigger picture, crafting brand stories with depth and originality. You’re obsessed with craft, from the finest typographic details to the boldest creative leaps. You thrive in collaboration, bringing energy, ideas, and a fresh perspective to every brief. You have a portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking, beautiful execution, and a range of work across brand identity, motion, packaging, or digital. If it includes projects related to gaming, entertainment, or youth culture, even better. You're comfortable presenting ideas, championing your vision, and engaging clients with storytelling that makes them see the world in a new way. You’re proactive, adaptable, and always looking for the next challenge.

Why us?

We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
