The opportunity 

Our Inizio Evoke Europe Creative team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Creative Visualiser / Concept Artist to join our truly multi-disciplinary team of practitioners.

Together we conceive, create and deliver the highest quality communication programmes, advertising campaigns, social media content plans, and product marketing for our clients.

This is a unique role with our team of 45+ full-time creative practitioners, where you’ll be able to balance the fundamentals of design with the creative vision and flair to translate ideas into stunning visuals that inspire, engage, and resonate. As a concept artist you will be able to combine the skills of an art director, retoucher, and other elements of art and design to creative ad visuals that exceed the expectations of our clients.

We’re looking for a creative with a passion for their craft and a purpose-driven perspective. A visualiser of ideas, both as originator and collaborator — confidently taking ideas all the way from Post-it note to polished final creative. And, they’ll have a portfolio filled of client work that tells compelling stories, confronts complex communication challenges, and showcases personal style and breadth of ideas.  

This senior role sits at the heart of our European creative team and you’ll be given every opportunity to continuing growing as a creative leader in our industry – health and wellbeing. 

Position within the agency 

The Senior Creative Visualiser / Concept Artist will work alongside a team of 45+ other creatives covering the full range of creative disciplines.  

Working across the entire spectrum of our clients, they’ll play a key role in unlocking the creative potential in every brief. They will have access to the whole range of supporting services such as Business Development and Marketing, Integration and Operations, HR and Finance. 

What you’ll bring 

• You’ll contribute to the highest possible standard of creative execution, across all creative outputs. You’ll collaborate with members of the creative team and wider business in conceiving creative solutions, concepts and outputs that are true to the strategic goals and expectations of our clients and other stakeholders. 
• The skills to both conceive ideas AND (more importantly) bring them to life in dynamic, engaging and tangible ways, Afterall, an idea is just an idea if we can’t bring it to life in impactful ways.
• Create high-quality visual assets that really bring our ideas to life in diverse mediums, including digital, print, video, and experiential formats. 
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and storyboards to communicate initial concepts as well as stunning visuals that exceed the expectations of our clients. 
• A keenness to learn, and an open mind.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and support a workflow that allows working files to be easily picked up by others.
• Effective organisational skills and attention to detail. 
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), fluency in English and an ability to interact well with a variety of people at different levels.
• Ability to proactively determine ways to innovate and develop our creative offer, in response to existing and future client needs.
• Friendly and receptive demeanour.
• A highly established knowledge of graphic design, typography, and layout capabilities and a strong eye for detail and consistency is essential. 
• Be a skilled and experienced user of creative industry standard software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Motion and 3D capabilities are desirable but not essential.
