  • Work to maintain a consistent, high-level of service and take responsibility for effective communication from the Design team.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring projects are progressing, provide progress reports and flag potential problems.
  • Actively assist in contributing to the service offering from the Design Team from both a creative and service point of view.
  • Be proactive in taking on projects and updates to existing deliverables.
  • Appropriately organise and prioritise workload, utilising the London and Mumbai teams.
  • Ensure all work completed by Mumbai is reviewed against the brief before it is sent to stakeholders.
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service and consistent global messaging, which makes Design a team stakeholders want to engage with.
  • Promote brand awareness and consistency in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Be an active part of a positive, collaborative, high performing culture.
  • Foster and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with Mumbai (Integreon) and be part of evolving their understanding of our brand and products.
  • Be a part of the ongoing process to improve processes and achieve best practice by suggesting and discussing observations and improvements.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Experience and knowledge of applying corporate brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills driven by empathy and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
