We are excited to announce an opening for a Demand Planning Process Owner - Rx at Norgine. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and integration of the Demand Planning process within the organization.

The person in this position will report to the Head of Global Planning and will oversee the demand planning function for our prescription medications.

As the Demand Planning Process Owner, you will lead all demand planning activities to support strategic initiatives in a growing business environment. You will proactively identify improvement opportunities and ensure the application of best practices to enhance forecast accuracy.

This role requires close partnership with cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance) to maintain high service levels while optimizing inventory. Strong communication and analytical expertise are critical for success.

Requirements

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and planning within a pharmaceutical or FMCG setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and improve processes with a strong understanding of S&OP and IBP methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficient in using demand planning software and ERP systems; familiarity with tools like SAP, JD Edwards and Logility is mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights that influence demand planning.
  • Proficient in using MS Power Apps (i.e Power BI)
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and timelines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strategic outlook on planning processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapid growth, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
