You will work extensively with SQL and Python, designing and optimizing ETL workflows to transform, cleanse, and enrich large structured and unstructured datasets for use across Retail, E-Commerce, Personalization, and Digital Engagement teams. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Trading Optimization teams on enhancing tracking methodologies, improve model-ready data, and develop scalable data infrastructure. Beyond technical expertise, you should be comfortable translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences through visualization tools (Power BI) , bridging the gap between backend data solutions and strategic decision-making at the LEGO group.

You will travel up to 10 days a year.

Nice to Have:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Databricks, and e-commerce analytics is a plus. Power BI familiarity helps in presenting insights, while Agile experience enables adaptability in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment.
