You will:
Take full ownership of our adaptive learning stack—shaping how learners progress, grow, and succeed throughout their journey.
Craft smart, innovative algorithms that power personalized learning paths, tailored recommendations, and meaningful real-world performance insights.
Dive into our rich, rapidly expanding datasets to uncover clear, actionable, and transparent insights that elevate medical education.
Help us reach new learners by expanding our platform into fresh markets and new user segments.
Build trust and enthusiasm with learners and educators by openly sharing how our personalization magic works.
Partner closely with engineers, product managers, medical editors, and teammates from across the company to bring big ideas to life.
Champion excellence by upholding high standards for code quality, reliability, and maintainability across all systems.
You bring:
Proven expertise with Python and its data science ecosystem (scikit-learn, pandas, etc).
Strong understanding of applied statistics, including topics relevant to psychometrics like regression, sample size, etc.
Experience delivering real-time predictive analytics to users.
A product mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, experiment quickly, and maximize user value.
Commitment to software best practices, such as unit tests, version control, CI/CD, etc.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
