Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision- Define the vision for how data and AI capabilities are standardised and scaled across operating companies.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities for:
- Data products (reports, analytics, dashboards, APIs, data services)
- AI/ML use cases (e.g. personalisation, forecasting, player insights, fraud detection)
- Align platform evolution with business priorities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Build business cases and define measurable value (e.g. revenue uplift, operational efficiency, customer engagement).
Data Product Discovery
- Partner with stakeholders across operating companies to identify key business problems and translate them into Data and AI solutions.
- Define and validate use cases using data, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven approaches.
- Establish clear KPIs for our data platform (adoption, usage, model performance, business impact).
- Drive a data-driven decision-making culture across the organisation.
Data Product Development
- Own and manage the roadmap, balancing:
- Group standardisation vs local market needs
- Platform scalability vs speed of delivery
- Coordinate data engineers, data scientists, and architects for them to define:
- Data pipelines and ingestion frameworks
- Data models and semantic layers
- AI/ML pipelines and model lifecycle
- Ensure the platform is built using modern, scalable architectures on AWS.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data products—from ingestion to consumption and continuous improvement.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Coordinate to define and enforce standards for data quality, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with security and RG to define data privacy regulations, security, and responsible gaming principles
Data Innovation
- Drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the product, including machine learning models, predictive analytics and AI use cases where applicable
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance:
- Player experience
- Marketing effectiveness
- Operational efficiency
Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between:
- Business stakeholders (group and local markets)
- Data engineering and data science teams
- Technology leadership
- Align multiple operating companies on shared priorities and platform adoption.
- Drive clarity and decision-making in a complex, multi-market environment.
- Capable of presenting the product vision to senior stakeholders and the wider team in a succinct and cohesive way, ensuring that buy-in and common understanding is achieved at all levels.
- Understanding and Past Experience with data platforms, including:
- Data lakes / lakehouse architectures
- ETL / ELT pipelines
- Data modelling and warehousing
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle
- Experience working with data science teams
- Familiarity with modern AI trends
- Comfortable working closely with data engineers, scientists, architects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, including solid experience with data platforms or data products
- Past experience on Data Engineering and/or Software Engineering is considered a plus
- Proven experience delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience in B2B platforms, gaming, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
