We are looking for a results-driven Senior Data Product Manager to lead the strategic development and scaling of our data products. In this role, you will shape product vision, drive cross-functional initiatives, and transform complex data into actionable insights that fuel business growth. You will work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact data solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for our data products in line with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks, User segmentation tools, and user profiling methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • Leverage these insights to inform product improvements, enhance user engagement, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure all data products adhere to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR) by designing robust data management and anonymization processes.
  • Implement best practices for data classification, security, and compliance to protect user privacy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data product management, with a strong track record of developing and scaling data solutions in an international or cross-border context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, advanced SQL, user profiling techniques, and analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and experience implementing user privacy and compliance measures (e.g. GDPR) in Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or international software products, particularly in cross-border contexts.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
  • Experience in large-scale e-commerce company.
