At Redpin, we simplify life’s most important payments. Buying a property overseas is one of the biggest moments in life — but moving large sums of money internationally can be stressful and complex. Through our trusted Currencies Direct and TorFX brands, we’ve been helping people move money for over 25 years. With new investment and a bold vision, we’re building a new generation of digital products and embedded payment solutions that make international property and business payments seamless. We’re transitioning from a traditional horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company — and we’re calling this transformation Redpin 2.0.

We’re looking for an impact-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead analytical initiatives end-to-end — from framing problems to delivering insights and influencing decisions. You’ll work across a range of areas, using your versatile skill set to solve problems that matter, and drive measurable impact on business performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and wants to play a strategic role in shaping how analytics drives value across the business.

For this role we can consider candidates in Spain (ideally Barcelona area) and the UK (London area)

What you’ll be doing

  • Own high-impact analytics projects from scoping through to delivery, ensuring actionable insights, clear recommendations and implementation
  • Be the go-to expert for data-led decision-making.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and business relevance.
  • Champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making, uplifting analytical capabilities across the org.
  • Develop, track, and evolve KPIs to monitor performance and highlight opportunities.
  • Use statistical or advanced analytical methods when appropriate to deepen understanding and guide strategy.
  • Take ownership of data quality, governance, and consistency in everything that you do.

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of analytics or data experience, with a proven ability to drive impact through data.
  • Advanced SQL skills; fluency in Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong experience with modern data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex projects, work autonomously, and prioritize across multiple business needs.
  • Broad experience across domains (e.g. marketing analytics, product performance, financial modeling, customer insights).
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and scoping problems independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of influencing decisions and telling compelling data stories.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in an international payments company.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other analysts or data professionals.
  • Understanding of statistical modelling and/or experimentation design.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, self-serve tools, and reporting infrastructure that scale.

We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where we connect the dots for international property payments. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, work with us, and let’s move the world of PropTech forward, together.
