Senior Data Analyst

Boam AI builds managed data agents that transform messy, unstructured signals from public, private, and proprietary sources into structured, reliable, and always up-to-date intelligence on millions of SMBs and enterprises worldwide. These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise with strategic partners such as Uber Eats and Toast.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive the architecture, improvement, and operation of the data pipeline that keeps Boam AI’s truth layer fresh, reliable, and scalable. This is not a dashboard role. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across ingestion, validation, transformation, and analysis, design durable quality systems, and build automation that keeps pace with fast-growing demand across verticals and geographies. You’ll partner closely with ops, engineering, and data/ML, and work directly with leadership on high-impact, ambiguous work.

• Own the end-to-end health of core data pipelines and outputs

• Architect scalable ingestion, validation, and transformation workflows

• Build automated quality, freshness, and consistency systems that prevent regressions

• Define quality metrics and operating standards for the truth layer

• Lead root-cause investigations and drive fixes across teams

• Scale data delivery and outputs that power production customer workflows

• Raise the bar through documentation, reviews, and mentoring more junior analysts

• Partner with founders/ops on strategic analyses that shape product direction

• Use next-gen AI tools to improve speed, rigor, and reliability

• 5+ years in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data pipeline roles

• Expert SQL and strong Python for analysis, automation, and processing

• Proven experience designing and operating high-volume, messy-data pipelines

• Strong instincts for data quality, monitoring, and operational excellence

• Comfortable leading ambiguous projects and driving cross-team execution

• Bias for automation, leverage, and durable systems over manual heroics

• Thrive without heavy process, QA buffers, or endless safeguards
