What is Flagstone?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture:

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That’s why we’re building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.
But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.

Does this sound like you?

You’re a senior data professional with a passion for championing data, staying hands on and raising the bar for how data is used across a business. You communicate clearly and confidently, enjoy working with senior stakeholders, and take pride in ensuring data is accurate, reliable and easy to use. The opportunity to work in a scale up environment where data can have a tangible impact on a growing business genuinely excites you.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering real value to the business by designing and building complex, scalable analytics solutions. You’ll act as a key connector between the data team and the wider business, helping to ensure analytics consistently exceed expectations and strengthen our data-driven culture.

  • Design and deliver high quality data analysis that help drive the business forward.
  • Own the delivery of analytics initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure work is well scoped, prioritised and delivered effectively.
  • Bring deep experience and insight to continuously improve the sophistication of our business intelligence and the quality of insights we generate.
  • Support and coach other analysts through collaboration, knowledge sharing and constructive feedback.
  • Be a visible and active contributor within the data community, helping to promote best practice and an excellent data culture across the business.

What you’ll bring:

  • Excitement about working in a scale up environment, with a proactive and curious approach to learning
  • Deep experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
  • Excellent knowledge of applied statistical modelling and analytical techniques
  • Significant experience building Power BI solutions
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality standards (Purview or similar tools a plus)
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills

How we reward you:

At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like “fruit and snacks”. Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here’s a selection of our benefits:

  • Hybrid working - Spend at least 1 day a week with your team in our collaborative London office

All are welcome.

At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
