We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior HR Workforce to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of data-driven HR practices across the organization. This role leads to the HR analytics function, turning complex data into clear insights to inform people strategies, support executive decision-making, and improve workforce performance.
Principal Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development and execution of the company’s HR analytics strategy in alignment with business goals.
- You will set priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure team deliverables align with business goals.
- You will translate business and HR challenges into data questions and deliver actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D teams to provide analytical support on key initiatives.
- You will develop and maintain advanced dashboards, predictive models, and workforce planning tools.
- You will present findings and trends to senior leadership using data storytelling and visualization.
- You will identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve analytics capabilities using modern tools.
- You will support compliance reporting (EEO, DEI, internal audits) and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- You will oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of workforce data including headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, skills gaps, compensation, and organizational structure.
- You will design, develop, and deliver executive-level dashboards, metrics, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce reports and analytics.
- You will set priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure team deliverables align with business goals.
Profile Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics or people data roles.
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong SQL skills experience with data modeling and large datasets.
- Deep understanding of HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, headcount, time-to-fill, and compensation benchmarks.
- Ability to drive cross-functional projects and communicate complex data in an executive-ready format.
