About the Role

In the Data capability at BJSS you'll join multi-disciplinary teams with some of the brightest and best in the industry. You'll create powerful dashboards to bring data insights to life, helping businesses make better decisions with their data.

You'll help us deliver some of the most exciting digital programmes around, for clients in a range of industries by:

• Applying cross-disciplinary thinking and working collaboratively with other members of your team
• Building a deep understanding of business domain and user needs and ensuring business value is unlocked as early as possible
• Thinking holistically and treating data as a business service
• Designing BI as centre of excellence for business data

About You

We're looking for people who will go an extra mile to understand our clients' strategic and operational challenges and help us to design and deliver innovative solutions.

You should have experience with:

• Exploratory data analysis or have experience profiling and cleaning the data, using common tools in Python or SQL
• Data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or Qlik)

You should also have experience with some of the following:

• Data modelling, building data dictionaries and data governance experience
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies

You will have:

• Strong communication skills to be involved in sprint planning, backlog refinement and presenting BI back to the stakeholders.
• Experience in designing visual dashboards which tell a story about the data to the business users in a well-designed and easy to follow format.
