At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.

We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.

Why This Role Matters

Adapty's Revenue team is scaling across SDR, Account Executive, Customer Success, and Professional Services. The data that explains how it is doing sits in CRM, billing, invoices, product usage, and marketing tools – and none of it is connected.

This role owns that end to end: pull the data in, model it, and turn it into dashboards and answers. Roughly half the job is engineering – pipelines, dbt models, automation – and half is analysis for the people who run Revenue and Marketing. The backlog is already deep, so the impact starts in week one.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the pipelines that bring CRM, billing, invoice, product usage, and marketing data together — Airflow, dbt, n8n, Python.

  • Model that data into clean, documented, tested layers other people can build on.

  • Build the dashboards Revenue actually runs on in Metabase: pipeline, quota attainment, new revenue, churn, contraction, expansion, NRR/GRR, customer health.

  • Connect marketing to revenue: channel and event ROI, CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion.

  • Own data quality: monitoring, tests, and alerts that catch problems before leadership does.

  • Explain why revenue moved — product, region, segment, channel, billing logic, customer behaviour — not just that it moved.

  • Build forecasting and risk models: revenue forecast, churn and contraction risk, NRR forecast.

About You

  • You have built ETL pipelines yourself and kept them running in production – Airflow, dbt, n8n or equivalents.

  • Excellent SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and strong Python for automation and analysis.

  • You are comfortable in a BI tool, ideally Metabase, and you build dashboards people actually use.

  • You know SaaS revenue metrics well: MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, contraction, expansion, pipeline, quota attainment, cohorts.

  • You know marketing metrics too: CAC, LTV, payback, channel and event ROI, attribution, funnel conversion.

  • You understand how SDR, AE, and CS work and how that shows up in revenue.

  • High ownership: you take a vague business question, clarify it, build the thing, explain the result, and say what to do next.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot data and HubSpot reporting logic.

  • Subscription, billing, invoice, or usage-based revenue data.

  • Churn prediction, customer health scores, or forecasting models that shipped and got used.

  • Marketing attribution across paid, organic, and events.

  • BI migration, dashboard governance, and aligning metric definitions across teams.

What's in it for you
  • Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.

  • Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.

  • Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.

  • Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.

  • Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.
