Contract Opportunity – Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&SCM) Presales Consultant

Telefónica Tech UK&I is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Presales Consultant to support upcoming opportunities across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. This short-term day rate contract (1–2 months) is ideal for a consultant with Dynamics 365 Finance / F&SCM presales experience who is looking for a focused engagement supporting sales and solution activities.
The role will work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to help shape solutions, demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics capabilities, and support proposal development for prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the sales team to qualify and shape new opportunities
- Work with prospects and existing customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities, and business requirements, with a particular focus on Finance within Dynamics 365 F&SCM
- Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
- Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs, producing high-quality proposals and solution responses
- Support the commercial team in understanding the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance product set and its application across different industries and scenarios
- Assist with go-to-market activities, including packaged offerings, whitepapers, product videos, and industry solutions
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a collaborative and customer-focused consultant with the following experience:
- Strong Dynamics 365 Finance consultancy or presales experience
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance within the F&SCM suite
- Experience supporting solution demonstrations and presales engagements
- Knowledge of Retail and Commerce deployments within Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of legacy Microsoft Dynamics versions is beneficial
- Familiarity with Azure and Microsoft 365 is advantageous
- Proven ability to build engaging demo environments and solution demonstrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong requirements gathering and discovery capabilities
- Ability to produce high-quality written proposals and functional documentation
This opportunity may particularly suit a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance consultant with presales experience who is looking for a short-term contract engagement supporting sales pursuits and solution positioning within a leading Microsoft partner environment.
