As part of the Customer Program Management Team, you will lead strategic technical programs with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), driving the deployment of NVIDIA’s innovative AI infrastructure. This role offers a groundbreaking opportunity to work with brand-new technologies, such as the powerful NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 platform, delivering unmatched data center-scale performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading execution and technical engagement directly with CSPs and their ODM/OEM partners.

  • Integrating datacenter tools and operationalizing processes for AI factory build-out, resolving any blocking issues to keep projects on track.

  • Ensuring reliable assembly of groundbreaking AI infrastructure platforms by working closely with CSP’s ODMs or OEMs to meet specified metrics and schedules.

  • Assembling and guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

  • Providing technical direction on server system building in collaboration with subject matter experts, and managing project timelines by proactively resolving blockers.

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.

What we need to see:

  • Demonstrated experience in program/project management involving direct interaction with customers.

  • 8+ years experience of delivering technical programs.

  • Strong leadership skills in global, matrixed environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.

  • A willingness to continue learning new skills and growing capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

  • Over 8 years of experience managing programs and projects involving direct engagement with customers.

  • Deep experience leading technical programs for CSPs.
