Job Description

We are looking for a Senior CRM Ops Manager who is a natural problem-solver and a collaborative communicator. You’ll be someone who can work autonomously, take the initiative, and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in for key initiatives. As a leader, you will be passionate about developing and growing a team of direct reports.

You will lead the team’s operational strategy, ensuring that communications are delivered with a focus on automation and reusability. Your role is pivotal in evolving our contact strategy and measurement frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing operational processes, including QA and planning, to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.

  • Owning the measurement framework, translating business needs into Braze requirements and implementation.

  • Managing data attributes and event requirements for strategy delivery and pipeline validation.

  • Driving a test-and-learn strategy to accelerate results and deliver value through communication tools.

  • Overseeing daily reporting and improving self-serve reporting capabilities to increase visibility for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following technical expertise:

  • Advanced skills in Braze, Liquid, SQL, and BigQuery.

  • Deep CRM expertise with a track record of using data for targeting, segmentation, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Experience in deliverability management, including IP health and reputation.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker.
