Job Description

CRM is a core growth platform at Gousto. As our Senior CRM Operations Manager, you will own the technical, operational, and governance foundations that allow our CRM to scale effectively across the business.

This isn't a campaign execution role; instead, you will act as the Product Owner for the Braze platform. You'll be accountable for how CRM is configured and governed, focusing on platform capability, data integrity, and delivery standards. You will ensure our CRM is stable, compliant, and measurable, enabling our Growth teams to run impactful campaigns.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of at least one day per week in our London office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end CRM operating model across Growth, spanning platform capability and optimization
  • Act as Product Owner for the Braze platform, leading its configuration and long-term scalability
  • Lead and collaborate with our CRM delivery partner, setting clear expectations and ways of working
  • Set priorities for platform development aligned to our business needs
  • Ensure all CRM activity is measurable and built to scale
  • Own the technical roadmap, balancing business priorities with platform health
  • Define and maintain documentation for data flows
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for CRM delivery across internal teams and partners
  • Solve complex issues across data, platform setup, and compliance
  • Translate technical details into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Who You Are  

  • Experience using and setting up Braze or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Background in scaling CRM platforms and understanding customer data architecture
  • Ability to act as a technical lead or Product Owner for marketing technology
  • Skilled at leading in ambiguous or cross-functional environments
  • Experience managing external delivery partners or agencies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track operational performance metrics
  • Ability to balance technical depth with commercial impact
