As a Senior Creator and Community Manager, you will act as the bridge between the game development team and our player community. Your focus will be to cultivate a vibrant and engaged community around our games. You will create engaging content and manage community interactions through various platforms, ensuring players feel heard, valued, and connected to our brand and games. 
Key Duties Include

  • Develop and implement creator and player community engagement strategies that foster a positive environment and build strong relationships with our creators and players. 
  • Create and curate engaging content for our owned and operated channels. 
  • Monitor creator and community feedback, suggestions, and reviews, and effectively communicate these to the development team. 
  • Work closely with our Publisher to align community initiatives with broader marketing campaigns. 
  • Respond to community inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Analyse creator and community metrics to assess engagement and growth, refining strategies as necessary. 
  • Act as an advocate for the community internally, championing player interests at all levels of the organization. 

Requirements
  • Proven experience in creator and community management, influencer marketing and content creation, preferably within the gaming industry. 
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about cars and automotive culture.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. 
  • Deep understanding of online platforms, trends, and community dynamics. 
  • Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in player communities. 
Desirable
  • Experience in working with game developers and understanding the game development process. 
  • Familiarity with community management tools and analytics software. 
  • Creative skills such as graphic design or video editing. 
  • Experience with modding and UGC. 
  • Experience with live-streaming platforms and content creation tools
