The Role:
As a Senior Creative Team within our Unilever division you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our award-winning creative agency. We are seeking a talented team who thrives on pushing boundaries and creating unforgettable experiences. With a focus on prestigious clients such as Dove and Hellman’s, you will collaborate across our entire portfolio, spanning traditional media, social platforms, digital landscapes, and innovative product experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team in the UK & U.S, gaining a deep understanding of the unique creative agenda for each client. Taking creative ownership of individual projects, you will have the freedom to showcase your expertise and lead with confidence. Your ability to present and sell your ideas will be essential in articulating the value and impact of your visionary solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to nurture and mentor our mid and junior teams, fostering their creative thinking and professional growth. With your mastery of copywriting and art direction crafts, you will bring a keen eye for detail and aesthetics to every project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to develop visually captivating ideas for brands such as Dove, Comfort, and Hellmans.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovative thinking across various mediums, including digital, social engagement, advertising, and earned media.
- Proven experience in end-to-end creative thinking, bringing fresh and impactful ideas to the table.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) space and its influence on customer experiences.
- Previous experience working with fabric-of-the-nation retail brands or sports brands, showcasing cultural relevance and insights.
- Passion for inclusivity and diversity, actively seeking opportunities to incorporate diverse voices and perspectives into creative work.
- Proficiency in copywriting and art direction, with a meticulous attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.
- Ability to take creative ownership and lead individual projects, demonstrating strong leadership and autonomy.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of confidently selling creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentorship abilities to inspire and guide mid and junior team members, fostering their creative thinking and professional growth.
- Self-sufficiency in making obvious amends and changes to creative work, requiring minimal input from a Creative Director.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with Creative Directors to align with the unique creative agenda for each client while contributing fresh and innovative ideas.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team, fostering collaboration, and driving collective success.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to align creative concepts with overarching brand and marketing objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to identify creative solutions and overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in conducting market research and consumer insights analysis to inform and shape creative strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, collaborating with professionals from diverse disciplines such as strategy, account management, and production.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the creative industry, incorporating them into cutting-edge campaigns.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing client relationships, including understanding client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Relevant educational qualifications in a creative field such as advertising, design, or communications, or equivalent professional experience.
