MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

You love creative chaos – but you love order just as much. You’re the calm at the centre of the brainstorm, the spreadsheet whisperer who keeps ideas moving. As MOO’s Senior Creative Project Manager, you’ll help keep the creative heart of the brand beating beautifully.

This role blends structure and energy. You’ll bring pace and clarity to the team, turning plans into progress and helping make creativity look effortless. You keep your cool when things heat up – solving problems with calm, care, and a sense of humour.

  • Evolve how we work: suggest automations, templates, and process improvements that make collaboration easier
  • Add to the vibe: help shape a studio culture that’s open, positive, and full of energy.

Framework Alignment: As a project manager at MOO, these are the core skills and traits we expect you to demonstrate. They guide how you will be evaluated in your role and are essential for success at this level.
