The Role

Our London team are looking for an exceptional Senior Producer to join us on a permanent basis as soon as possible. You're an organized professional and love solving problems, with experience in managing high concept 360 creative projects as well as hands-on content productions. 

You lead processes and steward ideas from inception all the way to delivery with a keen eye on budgets, schedules, and contracts. 

You have a solid understanding of best- practices and methodology in creative marketing and creative production, and champion effective ways of working to ensure quality of work. During tight deadlines you keep the team calm and assure deliveries of the best quality. 

You’ve got proven experience in both asset production and asset coordination; you’re well versed in producing renders and making hero assets happen.  

You’re social and confident and you treat everybody with an open mind. You are curious with a “nothing is impossible” attitude and you are not afraid of speaking your mind. 

You will be a central part of the growing Creative team and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

 You will work closely together with other teams across regions and marketing disciplines.


Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to.
  • Manage a collaborative project team to ensure we are delivering with precision and to an outstanding quality level.
  • Assist Project managers with reviewing new briefs and pitches, to ensure they are both commercially viable and meet the business needs, and help suggest the delivery approach and project methodology accordingly.
  • Internal budget management, liaising with the Finance team to process invoices, ensure timely payments and flag any financial issues.
  • Establish and/or maintain our relationships with freelancers, production companies, post-production houses, artists and studiosRequirements: 
  • Extensive experience working within a global agency, production company or brand team in a product or project management focused role.
  • Passion about creative craft, facilitating teamwork, developing new processes (or improving existing ones), implementing best practices across a full range of integrated projects and productions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and are comfortable in handling customer contact and feedback.
  • Drafting Scope of Work contracts for client projects and identifying scope change within projects.
  • Thrive in fast paced environments and be able to work to strict deadlines.
  • An understanding of digital and web technologies, and creative software package.
  • Be highly motivated, collaborative and entrepreneurial. Strong ethos to deliver innovative, creative solutions that have the client’s needs at the heart.
  • Experience in managing production companies and vendors.
