LTX Studio, our mission is to revolutionise creativity and storytelling. Our platform is built for creators, integrating AI tools for photo & video editing, vector graphics, animation, and sound design. As a Creative Marketing Designer, you’ll be responsible for developing high-impact visual content for global multi-channel campaigns. You’ll also be immersed in our collaborative environment, working alongside a dynamic team and exploring new technologies, including AI-driven design processes.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Designer to join our London team on a 6 month fixed term maternity cover contract. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Design and animate creative assets that will appear on world-wide multi-channel advertisements that reach millions.
  • Constantly generate new ideas and visuals for creative tutorials within apps and platforms.
  • Maintain branding consistency across all touch points, ensuring alignment with the LTX brand
  • Explore emerging design trends, especially in AI and motion graphics, to support the brand’s innovative image.
  • Participate in occasional video production efforts, bringing your expertise to live-action or animated content.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience working in a professional design environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Media Arts, Visual Communication or similar is a plus, but a passion for AI-driven design and a willingness to learn new tools is essential.
  • Strong fundamentals in graphic design, motion graphics, typography, layout, and strong attention to detail. Understanding of colour grading, VFX & video compositing is also a plus. 
  • Affinity for consistency, composition, colour use and a keen eye for subtle details.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work to tight time constraints and fast-paced turnarounds.
  • Complete understanding of end-to-end design and creative process, across social media channels.
  • Knowledge in Google’s UAC platform & YouTube advertising is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
