Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. Your Impact on our Mission
Designers play a critical role in shaping how Zocdoc is visually experienced across digital channels. This role is responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned design work that supports both product and marketing initiatives. By translating strategic goals into compelling visual assets, a Designer ensures consistency across all touchpoints, strengthens brand recognition, and helps communicate Zocdoc’s mission with clarity and creativity to both internal teams and external audiences.
Your Day to Day
- Implement visual branding guidelines across various channels.
- Create marketing collateral, including digital campaigns, website graphics, and program materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Design selected user interface elements and prepare visual assets for digital products.
- Maintain and update design libraries and assets.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools.
You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You Have…
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or a related major.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a visual designer in agency or in-house settings.
- Specialized knowledge: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Skills and abilities: Strong compositional design skills, proactive communication, comfortable in collaborative settings, has a self-starting mindset and endless curiosity.
