Job Description

Due to our continued success in the Water and Resilience sectors we are looking to increase our team of Commercial, Senior and Cost Management Professionals to work with clients across the Southwest and Wessex Regions along with opportunities in the North West. The Water and resilience sectors are one of the most exciting markets at the moment with unprecedented levels of investment and we are looking for candidates who can make the difference in this arena, bringing together a solid mix of commercial acumen, NEC contract and Civil engineering experience to deliver a better infrastructure backbone serving the UK.   

You will be within our UK Infrastructure business working with a variety of clients on projects and initiatives, your ability and willingness to travel is important, we operate a flexible working policy, however a number of days in the client office and our own should be expected. We operate in this way to enhance your experience of the Turner & Townsend culture and collaborate with our clients.   

 

Qualifications

Previous experience or a sound and suitable understanding of the following will be a distinct advantage in applying for this role:

  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
  • Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.

Additional Information

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
