What you’ll do:

  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing to the offer

  • Support and evolve a high touch and best in class candidate experience

  • Establish yourself as an expert recruiting consultant and trusted advisor across the organisation with leaders through effective influencing and decision-making

  • Encourage, motivate, and guide broader Recruiting Team in sharing best practises and improving operational effectiveness

  • Develop a talent pipeline in partnership with the broader Recruiting Team through a variety of programmes and initiatives that enable NAVEX to be recognised as a “Best Place to Work”

  • Lean on your deep network and sourcing talent to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of outstanding professionals eager to join our NAVEX team

  • Consistently update and maintain our applicant tracking system with real time information

  • Track recruiting metrics and analyse data to determine hiring goals, impediments, and bring forward solutions 

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting

  • Internal recruiting experience managing a variety of job requisitions at different levels simultaneously with good experience in GTM recruiting

  • Experience with ATS’, Workday or Dayforce preferred

  • Drive to proactively source and attract talented professionals through your strong networking and market intelligence skills

  • Experience and confidence in building strategic, value-add partnerships with senior leaders in a dynamic environment

  • Track record of building rapport with candidates and creating a great experience

  • Superior organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail

  • Experience managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, resilience, and stewardship while leveraging NAVEX’s core values
