The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will support the brand image of Prime Infra Group through strategic messaging, media engagement, and content oversight, working closely with leadership to enhance visibility and engagement.
THE ROLE
The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will closely support the Corporate Communications and Public Relations Director to protect and promote the brand image of the Prime Infra Group and its leaders. The role will help ensure the delivery of consistent, strategic messaging through various channels, and oversight of content strategy and media engagement to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively.
Publicity and Media Engagements
- Support the Corporate Communications and Public Relations Director in developing and executing strategic communication plans that effectively promote the Prime Infra Group’s brand and key projects.
- Organize and manage company events, including press conferences, media roundtables, and speaking engagements, as identified by Prime Infra leadership.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen and expand the Prime Infra brand among target audiences.
- Review and ensure all media releases align consistently with Prime Infra’s key messages and brand voice.
- Collaborate with business units and departments to deliver well-executed, impactful communication initiatives that align with the company’s purpose and objectives.
- Monitor stakeholder perception and media coverage related to the Group, proactively flagging potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with media representatives in the energy and business sectors.
- Analyze communication campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Content Strategy and Publications
- Lead the editorial process for all published corporate materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee the execution and monitoring of website and social media strategies to ensure timely, on-brand content delivery and optimal audience engagement.
- Analyze content performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve publication relevance and digital engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in media relations and brand management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, website updates, and design tools is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
