MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
MOO’s creative team brings our brand to life across all channels and beyond. We’re responsible for ensuring everything looks, sounds, and feels consistent – and consistently brilliant. We’re getting busier, and now we need a new copywriter to join our team. You’ll be responsible for crafting the words that bring our brand and products to life. Working closely with designers, photographers, fellow copywriters, and art workers, you’ll add personality, wit, and an undeniable sense of MOOness to everything we create.
As an experienced copywriter and creative thinker, you’re equally skilled at big ideas and fine details. A team player who brings strategic insight and fresh perspective to every brief, you ensure work is both engaging and commercially effective. With agency or in-house experience, you’re confident in collaborating, influencing direction, and selling ideas at all levels. Your projects will span all MOO channels and brand experiences.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- A strategic, conceptual thinker with a strong portfolio spanning multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Impeccable writing and editing skills, with expert-level tone and brand consistency.
- A natural leader who mentors and inspires, offering strategic input and constructive feedback.
- Always finds opportunities to inject wit, personality, and the MOO voice into every project.
What you will do:
- Develop and lead compelling, on-brand creative ideas across web, email, social, direct mail, PR, and more.
- Own and shape campaign concepts, ensuring alignment with audience needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with designers and creatives to produce high-quality, strategically sound work.
- Influence messaging strategies, ensuring copy aligns with brand and commercial goals.
- Present and sell ideas with confidence, articulating the creative and strategic vision behind them.
- Mentor junior and mid-weight creatives, helping to elevate the team’s creative output.
What makes you a great fit:
- A natural storyteller with a fresh, insightful, and witty writing style.
- Big-picture thinker who can challenge the status quo yet remain focused on delivery of creative solutions
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects in a busy environment.
- A collaborative, enthusiastic team player – no egos, just great ideas.
- Detail-obsessed, from grammar to brand tone, ensuring flawless execution.
- Your portfolio is full of character, showing us bold, strategic, and engaging work.
Nice to Haves
- Balance of campaign + editorial experience
