lOCATION: London, Hammersmith

WORKING PATTERN: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working / flexible working

reports to: Senior manager, fob - EMEA & asia

 

 

Role Purpose

This role will fundamentally be responsible for facilitating all procurement activities relating to the fulfilment of products shipped directly from the factories to international customers in close collaboration with the Far East logistics team, local Sales and Credit Management Teams, as well as Funko HQ based in Everett, WA.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, issue, and actively maintain supplier purchase orders for direct customer shipments for EMEA and APAC region.
  • Coordinate with Hong Kong office for all EMEA & APAC shipments, updating customer pricing on shipping invoices and resolving any logistics /supply issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide internal & external stakeholders with necessary reports to enable proactive management of customer shipping expectations.
  • Be the business’ conduit for all shipping matters concerning direct freight to ensure smooth / silent transfer of ownership in accordance with customer specific Incoterms.
  • Working closely with Funko Far East and Funko USA direct shipment teams, planning & co-ordinating imports from APAC factories.
  • Provide support to sales organisation concerning RMA and credit note enquiries.
  • Chase down expected allocations and provide VIP support for select customer relationships
  • Close collaboration with Sales to support with visibility of expected revenue.
  • Ensure accuracy of dual systems so 365/NAV/Customer order book are reconciled.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative relationships with key business stakeholders.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a procurement / logistics administration role.
  • Familiar with processes from an ERP solution, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools, must be highly competent with Excel.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Understanding of imports / exports (global trade) procedures.
