About the Project:
The Wilton Integrated Services Project is a key infrastructure development supporting the growing Wilton region. It involves delivering essential civil works and integrated services to enable sustainable community growth. ACCIONA is proud to lead this project with a focus on innovation, safety, and environmental stewardship.
About the Opportunity:
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you will manage complex contract administration across the Wilton Integrated Services Project. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will oversee subcontractor agreements, ensure compliance, and drive cost control. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver commercial outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage subcontractor agreements and variations

  • Ensure compliance with contract terms

  • Monitor and report on project costs

  • Negotiate claims and resolve disputes

  • Support procurement and tender processes

  • Maintain accurate contract documentation

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar

  • Minimum 5 years in contract administration

  • Strong negotiation and cost control skills

  • Experience in civil infrastructure projects

  • Advanced knowledge of contract law
