About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be the architect of our organic growth and the final word on Rossum’s brand voice.

You’ll own how our expertise in AI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is discovered and trusted across the buyer journey. We’re looking for a master of the craft who believes that in an AI-driven world, human-led editorial precision is our greatest competitive advantage. You will act as the "quality gatekeeper," ensuring every piece of content—from newsletters to product stories—is strategically aligned and SEO-optimized.

What You’ll Do

You will be a critical contributor to our organic growth efforts, balancing high-level editorial leadership with hands-on execution.

  • Own the Editorial Vision: Serve as the visionary behind our monthly newsletter and maintain the "Rossum Voice" guidelines to keep our messaging sophisticated yet accessible.

  • Guard Content Quality: Proofread and edit all outbound content, ensuring total consistency in tone and "red-pen" precision across all channels.

  • Lead Major Initiatives: Project manage high-impact campaigns, such as our annual DAT report, from initial data collection to final launch.

  • Drive Organic Growth: Develop and execute a content strategy using SEO and GEO insights, keyword research, and topic clustering to rank for high-intent queries.

  • Tell Compelling Stories: Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex AI features into benefit-driven stories that position Rossum as an IDP leader.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of creative flair and technical depth.

  • Experienced Strategist: You have 7+ years in B2B content marketing or editorial roles, specifically within SaaS, AI, or deep-tech environments.

  • Master Editor: You have exceptional writing skills and an obsessive eye for detail, with a talent for simplifying complex technical topics.

  • SEO Savvy: You have a deep understanding of search intent and how content is discovered in the age of AI.

  • Tech-Fluent: You have hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Semrush, and AI-assisted writing or research tools.

  • Native-Level Communicator: You are a native-level English speaker with a portfolio that demonstrates both technical authority and creative range.

What Success Looks Like
  • Within 3 Months: You’ve mastered the Rossum Voice, taken full ownership of the monthly newsletter, and identified key content gaps in our SEO strategy.

  • Within 6 Months: You’ve successfully led a major content project (like a research report) and demonstrated measurable growth in organic traffic for high-intent keywords.

  • Within 12 Months: Rossum is recognized as the definitive authority in the IDP space through a robust library of high-performing, long-form content.

Why Join Us?

At Rossum.ai, we’re on a mission to make data extraction effortless and intelligent. We believe that behind every great company is a team empowered with smart tools that free them from boring manual tasks so they can focus on what truly matters: creativity and human connection.

What sets us apart?

  • Cutting-edge AI: You’ll work with technology that is actively reshaping how businesses work globally.

  • Real Autonomy: We are a community of people who aren't afraid to challenge assumptions; great ideas come from every level.

  • Genuine Culture: We value diversity, empathy, and bullshit-free communication.

What We Offer
  • Work Flexibility: A hybrid work regime with flexible working hours.

  • Time Off: 5 weeks of vacation and 5 sick/personal days.

  • Family Support: Enhanced maternity leave, plus an extra two weeks for paternity leave.

  • Health & Sick Leave: Access to enhanced sick leave policies.

  • Financial & Tax Efficiency: Salary Sacrifice options for Pension and Child Care fees.

  • Growth: A dedicated budget for personal development, education, and language courses.

  • Equipment: High-end tech setup, including a MacBook.
