- Define Nexgen’s voice, tone, and messaging to ensure clarity and consistency across every channel.

- Use analytics, customer insight, and AI tools to continuously refine the content direction based on engagement and conversion data.

- Identify the intersection between what our audience wants to consume and what drives business outcomes.

- Collaborate with the SEO and demand generation teams to build and optimize content clusters around AI, cloud infrastructure, HPC, and sustainability.

**AI SEO & Performance**

- Lead an AI-powered SEO strategy that leverages automation, semantic search, and data analysis to improve visibility and conversion.

- Experiment with emerging content formats and distribution methods across search, social, and AI discovery platforms.

- Define and track performance metrics for content success, including engagement, reach, and conversion impact.

**Company-Wide Content Enablement**

- Work collaboratively across departments, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.

- Review and improve how different teams communicate with customers and partners, helping refine the company-wide approach to content and messaging.

- Develop and deliver materials that support every stage of the customer journey, from awareness and education to evaluation and purchase.

- Partner with leadership to ensure internal and external communications align with Nexgen’s brand narrative and objectives.

**Product & Launch Storytelling**

- Work closely with the Product team to stay ahead of launches and roadmap developments.

- Translate technical information into engaging narratives that clearly communicate value and innovation.

- Ensure every product release is supported by cohesive, aligned content across web, email, press, and social channels.

**Press & Thought Leadership**

- Manage press releases, media relations, and announcement strategies that elevate Nexgen’s reputation in the cloud and AI industry.

- Collaborate with executives to produce thought leadership pieces, interviews, and op-eds.

- Identify opportunities for proactive media coverage and storytelling around key milestones and industry trends.

What You’ll Bring
