We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Design Team through content innovation and best practice. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.


Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to bring seamless user experiences to life through clear and consistent language. You’ll implement standards and drive discipline within the wider organization, inform best practice on information architecture, taxonomies and terminology, while championing content design through stakeholder education.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and implement user-centred content strategies aligned with overall business goals.  
  • Support the creation and adoption of content standards for products and design systems, aligning with brand, accessibility, and legal compliance.
  • Create and maintain clear in-product content for our user interfaces and help centre materials. Ensure quality and consistency across products and channels.  
  • Drive continuous improvement on team processes, aiding collaboration and workflow efficiency.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs, adopt continuous discovery to understand end user opportunities.  


What we expect from you

  • Seasoned background in writing. Product content and/or help centre content a plus.
  • Strong understanding of content design principles, including taxonomies, content patterns and information architecture.
  • The ability to navigate complex product landscapes and identify content priorities within those.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Desirable industry experience includes fintech, SaaS, retail, or data science.
