About the role.

For the Marketing and Design team, there’s plenty of things to delight both our existing and soon-to-be customers with. New product launches, fancy new features, our Share the Love brand content, and now, our multi-year partnership with Arsenal – giving us the chance to put Zilch at the heart of football. We’re looking for a bold, inventive, and versatile Senior Content Creator to grab all these opportunities with both hands and tell our brand stories in an unforgettable way. This is your chance to take Zilch’s creative high and wide. Crafting content that lives everywhere – from social to the stands – you’ll be key in creating our most impactful work. You’ll concept, shoot, edit, and publish content that turns everyday moments into scroll-stopping sparks. Whether it’s for Zilch or our Arsenal partnership, you’ll be on the front line, translating briefs into stories people feel, share, and remember. If you’re proactive, fuelled by big ideas, and love creating things that people actually care about, keep reading.

Day to day responsibilities.

• Create social-first content for product launches, performance marketing, brand campaigns (like Share the Love, our brand content stream) and the Arsenal partnership.
• Own the creative process end to end - concepting, scripting, shooting, editing and delivering for all content.
• Collaborate with Zilch’s creative and marketing team to ensure every piece of content hits the right audience, right vibe, and right outcome.
• Work closely with Arsenal’s content and partnerships teams to unlock opportunities, access, and moments that matter.
• Stay plugged into culture: trends, moments, and the conversations we should be jumping into.
• Experiment constantly - new formats, new ideas, new stories, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything you publish.
• Uphold Zilch’s visual identity and tone of voice while still pushing creative boundaries.

What we're looking for...

• You’ll be film and photography obsessed.
• You’re comfortable with ideating, producing, directing, shooting and editing. 
• You’ve created standout social content for brands, agencies, creators, or sports organisations.
• You’re a self-sufficient creative: camera in one hand, editing software in the other.
• You understand what works online - you know the difference between content that’s watched and content that’s shared.
• You’re passionate about new ways to elevate creativity through AI, new tools and kit.
• You’re fast. You’re fearless. You’re the kind of person who sees a moment and instinctively knows how to turn it into content.
• You live on social - trends, formats, transitions, hooks, creators, communities.
• You’re a strong storyteller, whether it’s a 6-second cut or a 60-second narrative.
• You thrive in high-energy environments where ideas move quickly and match-day moves even faster.
• You’re collaborative, curious, proactive, and maybe just a little Football/Arsenal-obsessed (we love that).
