We are looking for Senior Consultants
As a Senior Consultant, you will broaden and deepen your consulting skills. You will work on complex and interesting projects and take ownership of specific project or content domains. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on client consultations, build your project co-ordination capability and support the development of junior consultants.
This is a unique opportunity to help grow a dynamic office underpinned by the resources of a larger global consulting firm. You will have the autonomy to focus on your development, and we will provide the support to ensure that you reach your potential.
The role:
- Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard
- Lead client consultations and other client engagements
- Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capability
- Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way
- Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagements
- Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects
- Stay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and work
- Support, guide and develop others on projects and in buddy/mentor roles
You are:

- A collaborator: you bring energy and enthusiasm for collaborating with others throughout the project design and delivery process
- Intelligent and resilient: solving complex problems is challenging work and requires you to balance the various pressures our clients face. Understanding and engaging well with people and content will be key

- Enthusiastic and interested in working across our service lines and a variety of sectors

- The capability to think, articulate, write and present logically
- Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way
