• Lead and deliver large project segments or full smaller projects.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring trust and success.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and a learning culture.
• Contribute to our growth through internal initiatives and business development.

What We're Looking For

• You excel at leading teams  and mentoring junior members, and setting the standard in collaborative environments.
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience in management consulting and project delivery within our capability areas.
• Committed to continuous learning, personal brand development, and seizing leadership opportunities within and beyond Enfuse.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders, presenting ideas, and fostering trust with senior clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like SAP Signavio, Celonis, or Agile certifications.
• Coding familiarity (e.g., SQL, Python) and insights across multiple sectors.

Interview Process

• Introductory Interview: Discuss motivations and skills.
• Case Study: Present a practical solution to a challenge.
• Cultural Fit: Meet with a Director to explore alignment with our values and vision.

Salary: From £55,000 per annum (including travel allowance) plus company bonus.
