Summary
As an Account Manager within the EMEA region, you will act as a trusted advisor for international customers, guiding them throughout the entire decision-making process. This role focuses heavily on client relationship management, business outreach, and driving profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners across the EMEA region to meet business development needs.
- Identification and development of new opportunities of new business with new and existing clients.
- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions based on Yordas' consulting services and our Helix software.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, value-based demos, and pitches that effectively communicate Yordas’ value proposition to clients.
- Promote internal cross-selling by thoroughly understanding our diverse service areas and aligning them with client needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Yordas consultants, technical experts, and product management teams to coordinate effective technical proposals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent Yordas Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand awareness and build networks.
Staff Benefits
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Presales, Sales Engineering, or consulting within Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, or a SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of EMEA-specific regulations, particularly EU and GB REACH and CLP, along with broad knowledge of international chemicals management and product sustainability.
- A degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple levels in a professional services or regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to connect technical and business topics and explain them simply and clearly.
- A self-starter with a structured working style, customer-focused mindset, and a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a remote or flexible work environment and can manage competing priorities.
