Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant with a minimum of 2 year’s experience in change management to help build and lead our change management capability in the Netherlands. The right individual brings drive, energy, and empathy and is a person who combines strong analytical skills with ambition and the ability to inspire and connect with others. You will be part of the dentsu BX Northern Europe team, whose consultants are located across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands.

The role as Senior Consultant:

  • Lead change management activities using structured change management frameworks.

  • Conduct analysis and research to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer-driven insights.

  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and shaping a collaborative setting with executive to ensure business critical discussion and outcomes

  • Contribute to the continued development of dentsu Consulting offerings, methods, tools, and knowledge base in areas such as commercial growth, innovation, and strategy design.

We believe you have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work, ideally with a focus on change management, organisational design and development.

  • Relevant Master's degree from University or Business School

  • Dutch as primary language

  • Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders

  • A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset – eager to take on responsibility

  • Curious mindset and good to adapt in fast-changing environments.
