Job Description:

Job Summary

The Senior Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing risk and compliance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to mitigate risks. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and expertise in risk and compliance management.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee risk and compliance programs.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to mitigate risks.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve compliance processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in risk and compliance management.
