Dataiku is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Compensation Partner to join our growing team. While this role is based in the EMEA region, it will have a global scope, serving as a key partner in shaping and implementing Dataiku’s compensation strategies worldwide. You will collaborate with regional and global HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to deliver innovative, competitive, and compliant compensation solutions across diverse markets and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of Dataiku’s global compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and global philosophy while adapting to regional nuances.
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct global market benchmarking, leveraging regional expertise to ensure Dataiku’s compensation programs remain competitive across all regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
  • Pay Structures & Job Architecture: Develop and maintain global salary structures, job levels, and market positioning frameworks. Provide expert guidance on job evaluation across regions.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders across regions, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations on compensation matters.
  • Global Program Management: Lead and support global compensation programs, including the annual salary review, bonus, and equity cycles, ensuring effective execution and alignment across regions.
  • Equity Design: Partner with the finance and Equity administration team to manage and support equity programs, including communication and education for employees across all regions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure global compensation programs adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards. Stay informed of evolving regulations and best practices in key markets.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance global compensation tools, processes, and practices to drive efficiency and improve employee experience.
  • Global Mobility Support: Collaborate with HR and mobility teams to support compensation considerations for global transfers and assignments.
  • Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and globally consistent communication materials to explain compensation programs and policies to employees and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Language: English - fluent. Fluent French is a big plus!
  • Experience with Workday is must
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with significant exposure to both global and regional markets. Experience in technology or fast-paced industries is a plus.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of global compensation practices, labor laws, and market trends, with in-depth knowledge of the EMEA region, with specific expertise in France. Experience with equity programs and global mobility.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex global compensation data to inform decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS or compensation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders across regions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CCP or similar certification is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
