Position Summary

Role Overview:

Light & Wonder are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing compensation policies across EMEA and beyond. Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA, you will be joining a world class Global Total Rewards team, managing competitive and equitable compensation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for developing and administering compensation policies and programs

· Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements.

· Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position

· Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices

· Support annual compensation planning and including analysis of costs, recommendations on budget requirements considering local knowledge

· Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment

· Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.

· May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation or stock options.

· May include administration of domestic and/or international programs.

Key Skills:

· Knowledge of compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements

· Excellent analytical skills and comfortable processing large volumes of data, for example running macros

· Practical knowledge of career architecture and job evaluation principles

· Demonstratable experience supporting annual merit cycles

· Workday experience preferrable
