The role
To lead CUBE’s corporate and leadership communications strengthening how we show up as a brand, as a team, and as individuals. The Senior Communications Manager will drive CUBE’s reputation, oversee media engagement, and deliver sharp, human storytelling across channels. This is a full time office role, based in our London HQ.
Responsibilities:
Work with senior leadership team to drive, own and execute CUBE’s corporate reputation across social media platforms.
Create and track KPI’s that track CUBE’s reputational performance across all channels including Linkedin.
Work with management to drive growth of CUBE’s press office function, coordinating with external advisors and agencies on media strategy, drafting press releases and statements, and maintaining a media calendar with materials (press packs, FAQs, briefing notes).
Lead on internal communications including company announcements via email and teams.
Develop and maintain a consistent, clear tone of voice across communications, ensuring alignment in posts, announcements, and other content.
Support analyst relations through briefings, messaging and content delivery,
while building relationships across RegTech, risk and compliance communities
to enhance visibility and credibility.
What we're looking for:
5 – 8 years’ experience in communications, public relations or brand storytelling within B2B tech, SaaS or financial services.
Strong background in social media management and content creation
Proven ability to manage press office activity, media queries and agency relationships.
Excellent writing and editing skills with sound judgment and attention to tone.
Confident advising senior stakeholders and simplifying complex ideas into clear, credible narratives.
Experience supporting events and awards
Collaborative, proactive and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
