Job Description

What will you do?

Playing a key role in building and fostering a culture of collaboration, as our Senior Communications Manager, you'll be creating experiences that engage, connect and inspire our community of employees, customers and prospects. Working closely with our Head of Communications, you'll develop communication strategies that bring about meaningful change in the way we share knowledge, thereby shaping our company's culture and brand.

Liaising between Marketing, Product, Human Resources, Sales and Technology teams, you'll develop and execute effective communication channels and content that resonate with audiences and align with Third Bridge's values, objectives and overall communications strategy.

This is a great opportunity to join a scaling global business and influence our internal and executive communications - in ways that increase transparency, engagement and alignment for our employees. You'll have the opportunity to lay down the foundation and build something new and exciting, developing the policies and procedures for our intranet while helping our employees remain up-to-date with Third Bridge's vision, executive updates and the latest happenings.

Qualifications

What will you bring?

Having worked on managing a host of corporate communication channels, you bring the ability to help reshape our approach to communications across the organization. A natural communicator with creative flair, you have experience creating engaging communications campaigns and channels.

Great with words, your oral and written communication skills help you deliver complex messages in a simplified way. With your deep understanding of messaging, tone of voice and positioning, you write and tailor the right content taking into consideration the needs of the audience and the stakeholders.

Fearless when embracing technology, you are comfortable learning and adapting to new tech to enhance communication. Working in a fast paced environment, you are able to use your organization and creativity skills to stay on top of priorities, while helping manage and govern the intranet. You enjoy working in the grey areas, have a drive for excellence and a passion for innovation.

Your interpersonal skills help you build strong working relationships with different stakeholders and team members, working with them collaboratively on different initiatives to ensure the voices of our leadership team and employees are heard.
