Help shape the planning, data and insights that drive Lloyd’s communications strategy

We’re looking for a Senior Communications Manager – Planning & Insights (Fixed‑Term Contract) to strengthen how Lloyd’s plans, measures, and optimises its communications across the Corporation and market.

If you’re energised by turning information into insights, and insights into decisions, this is a chance to make a meaningful impact at the centre of Lloyd’s agile communications team.

In this role, you’ll bring together structured planning, performance reporting, research and evaluation to help the Communications & Stakeholder Engagement function deliver high‑impact, audience‑focused campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping forward plans, tracking delivery, surfacing risks, and ensuring our activity is grounded in data and that it supports Lloyd’s strategy.

What you’ll do

·         Build clear, actionable reporting on campaign performance, sentiment and reputational impact.

·         Lead planning processes, developing forward views, timelines, priorities and milestones for communications activity.

·         Develop dashboards and structured reporting packs that help senior leaders make informed decisions.

·         Work across teams to ensure communications projects are well‑planned, well‑sequenced and aligned to Lloyd’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring

·         Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data to generate meaningful, actionable insights.

·         Experience supporting planning and delivery of communications in a complex organisation.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with sound judgement and attention to detail.

·         A collaborative mindset, comfortable flexing across an agile team and contributing to integrated campaigns.
